About Sanjay
Sanjay Patel covers Automotive Parts, Beauty & Personal Care, Eyewear & Vision Care, and B2B as Savings Specialist, a deliberately varied mix he's handled since late 2019. The variety keeps him checking retailer terms pages regularly rather than relying on pattern recognition from a single category.
Sanjay Patel has been Savings Specialist for Automotive Parts, Beauty & Personal Care, Eyewear & Vision Care, and B2B since October 2019 -- four categories with very little overlap, which is intentional. Automotive codes come with fitment restrictions, B2B codes are often volume-based, and vision-care codes sometimes stack with insurance in ways that need double-checking.
He previously worked in vehicle-parts retail, and it left him permanently skeptical of "sitewide" discounts -- core charges and exclusions almost always change what the number actually means at checkout.
